Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, lens caps, and accessories, then pack it into a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
