This is a Nikon Nikkor-Q Auto 135mm f3.5 Nippon Kogaku lens. 

This lens has been checked and is in Excellent working condition and shows normal wear.  Optics are clean of any fungus, haze, or separation. Aperture is snappy and has no oil on the blades.  Focus is smooth.  Comes with both front and rear caps.
