This is a Nikon AF 70-300mm F/4-5.6 ED Lens. 

This lens is in good working order. The autofocus has been tested and it is working well. Cosmetically there is minor debris on the internal element. Appears to be 3 small specks. This will not affect images. This lens comes with both front and rear caps.
