This is a Mamiya M645 1000S Kit and comes complete with the PD Meter Prism Finder, 110MM F2.8 "C" Series Lens, and the 120 Film Insert.

The camera works perfectly and shows normal wear. The Lens has no Fungus, No Haze, No Dings, and No Separation. The focus is smooth and the aperture is snappy.  Meter works perfectly as well.  The prism does have the famous line through the middle of it, but does not interfere with anything.  Comes with a Front Lens cap,  Lens Hood, and 120 Insert.
